Gastcurator Atelier NL heeft in samenwerking met Staatsbosbeheer verspreid over heel Terschelling twaalf uitkijkposten neergezet waar je wordt uitgenodigd om te stoppen, om je heen te kijken, een foto te nemen en te genieten van een moment in het ritme van de natuur – terwijl intussen het festival doordendert.

Terschelling is an island that is constantly transforming — its beaches, dunes, forests, and dikes are an exposition of nature’s dynamic and ever-evolving landscape.‘Pic Your Day’ is a collaborative photo project that aims to capture the island’s distinct environment through the eye of your mobile phone. With the cooperation of state forestry, twenty lookout posts have been installed across the island where we invite Oerol goers to stop, look, take a picture, and treasure a moment within nature’s rhythm, all while the festival beats on. By uploading your image to 'Pic Your Day' this moment becomes a part of a collective digital painting, offers your unique perspective, and adds to the story of the island.
